I’m Jeff Pieters, a retired U.S. Marine, father of four, and photographer based in Southern California. Clutch & Color is my independent digital automotive magazine: car gatherings, photographic stories, and the details that make each car worth a closer look.

Clutch & Color begins with original photography by Jeff Pieters. The magazine follows automotive form, craftsmanship, and the people and places around the cars.

Some stories start with a whole car. Others start with a steering wheel, a weathered finish, or a view through a window.
